      People that work in this place? I swear sometimes you know what is it if anybody's business that works there if I've already paid for the part to not ship it to me because it has a couple scratches. Do you think I'm a f****** idiot? I know I'm ordering something on from a junkyard. It's not brand new. No it's going to have some scratches but what place is it of his to halt shipping and then tell me the day it's supposed to be at my house? Oh by the way, you're not getting it now. You got to wait another week and then oh well not my problem. I mean I can cancel the order if you know you want to just go buy a brand new one. F*** you. You piece of s*** You know I'm tired of these people. I will never order anything else from this from this company and I suggest nobody else does either. These people are disrespectful. They don't care and you know it's just not the first time I've had issues with them

      The account presented by the customer does not match the written text communication we have on file.  This order was placed after 3 pm on 2-12.  The ordered part was pulled off of the vehicle the morning of 2-14.  At that time, it was notated that it had some damage that was not initially listed in the part description. The customers ********************** ***resentative texted ******** at 12 pm on Friday the 14th.  The customer responded with his approval to ship the part at 5:24 pm, which is after our closing time of 5 pm.  The sale *** promptly responded on Monday morning that he would get the part shipped that day, to which ******** responded that he was upset it did not leave the previous Friday. We could not ship the part without his consent, which we did not receive until well after closing. ******** was given the option of cancelling the order if he was not satisfied, to which he launched a litany of foul language and profanity. In the end, he did express that he did want the part, and it was shipped the same day, on Monday the 17th, from our ****, ** location.  It was delivered on Wednesday the 19th.
