Very poor communication(days to a week before a response sometimes). Does not tell you policies. Said he'd send artwork to review but didn't. Was not impressed with his poor customer service and attitude about everything. Threatened a defamation of character lawsuit if I left a bad review and to also go leave a bad review on my business to which he's never been a customer. All because I said I was feeling uncomfortable with the lack of communication and lack of follow through. This is for my first tattoo and the lack of empathy for my concerns on something that will be on my body forever was pretty drastic.I will never recommend this company to anyone but if you do choose to use them, look up the website and read the policy yourself because he won't tell you about it until you are already unhappy.

    Hi Summer,

This is *****************************, owner of Hieroglyphic Ink. Im sorry to hear about your poor experience.

From my understanding of the situation (after reading all of the messages and being in the shop during your consultation) **** was more than willing to work with you.

Your appointment was scheduled for June 20th. It is currently June 13th. Your statement claims that there was very poor communication (days to a week before a response sometimes). However, he made it very clear that we have been in the process of moving and working so he would get a design sent to you for review when he got a chance to (even though my policies clearly state that we typically dont preview the designs to clients prior to the appointment due to individuals who may steal a copyrighted design to have another artist tattoo it for a more affordable price).

My policies are pinned on the top of the Hieroglyphic Ink Instagram page which is captioned, Before scheduling an appointment, please take the time to review my shops conditions and policies on my website. The link for my website is located in my bio. It is important for us to all be on the same page

**** was willing to do a straight across barter for a tattoo that was worth around $600 for 4 dragons that were each around 2 x  4 for your ring that was worth only $250 sounds like a deal to me.

I would like to see proof that he left a bad review on your business because we dont even know what your business is.

And yes, legally I could file a defamation of character lawsuit for your false accusations on my business, as well as, harassing me, my business, tattoo artist in my shop and demanding your tattoo design a week prior to your appointment.

Respectfully, I disagree and do not appreciate your sentiment or input.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
