I went to the tattoo shop a bit tipsy and started getting my tattoo talking about the fact that I am an alcoholic and fell off a bit and talked with my artist as he shared he needed meetings too and to let him know about some. As we kept tattooing I wanted more alcohol so he sent his ***** to go get a shots and we took a shot and kept tattooing and the same scenario happened 3 more times. At the end of my tattoo I was completely trashed and needed a ride home so my artist gave me a ride home to which I only remember getting into his car and nothing else. Not sure how I navigated the directions to my home or if anything happened to me, as I was completely vulnerable. I take full responsibility for my actions and part in this whole situation but should of been handled in a more professional manner and no more alcohol should of been provided. My bad for asking and partaking, but his bad for providing and partaking.5.45.080 Tattoo/body-piercing business operator responsibilities.(E) The tattoo/body-piercing operator shall ensure that no tattoo or body-piercing shall be affixed to or performed on any person who is intoxicated. Complete harassment. I have a text chain between this client and artist where she is harassing him and he is asking her several time to stop. This was sent to my ****** review. Now she is sending it here. We are now submitting the text chain to our attorney and filing charges against her and taking her to court. This has gone too far. This is going to hurt my business.

This is absolutely false. Tattoo artist are not allowed to use illegal substances or they are fired in the spot. I am not a new owner. I have owned the shop for over 2 1/2 years so dont know what they mean by new owner. In addition I have a manager that manages the shop and enforces all rules and expectations. I as an owner am not a tattoo artist and only there a day or two a week for a short time. This review does not represent my business in the slightest. In addition the reviewer left it anonymously telling me that someone is trying to slander our name.

The client set an appt for 2pm. Client never paid a deposit or confirmed the appointment. The artist changed the appt to 3pm and the client was notified via text message. The client was also notified via text message one day prior to appt. The client still did not confirm or pay a deposit. The artist arrived to the shop about 2:40-2:45 for the 3pm appt. The client told him as she was leaving that he was very unprofessional and he wasted her time. He explained to her the change and she didnt want to speak to him and left. After her negative ****** review he reached out to her to discuss. He even offered to do tattoo for free to rectify the situation even though we were not in the wrong. She refused. Then she posted a bad review with BBB as well. If you have any questions please contact me.
