- Able Label guarantees its products to be free from flaw or defects. If any flaw or defect is found within 30 days of delivery, we will credit the value or replace the item at our expense. We also strive for order accuracy. In the event that you do not receive the correct order, we will take appropriate steps to make it right and ensure you are satisfied. For stock items that are ordered in error, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credit. Returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to any return. Custom items that are ordered in error are not returnable unless it is Able Label’s error.
