      My main complaints: ************ talks a lot about his knowledge, education and experience, but in many cases it's just talk. A/C still not working after nearly a year, and promises not kept. Many botched jobs, including patching a water source to faucet line with duct tape, which did not hold; cut into water line to refrigerator twice, patched, then repainted the area with wrong paint color. Offered to repaint area, but... still waiting; garage insulation patching and repainting... only half finished, still waiting - second coat, floor cleaning, finishing, not happening; garage door opener messed up on is watch, denied responsibility. Add-ons to cost in spite of initial agreements. Does not show up on promised times, does not call. Wrong parts ordered, had to return and reorder. It just goes on and on. Committed to come fix the A/C nearly two weeks ago, never showed up. Left messages, never returned. Jobs unfinished with no hope of getting it done. At this point even if he calls, I'm done with him. Will need to hire someone else who is trustworthy, competent, honest, and timely. In my pinion, ************ is none of that.

      Had this guy over to fix the flashing around the fireplace, came two hours late then left again,came back with a can of ****** tar slapped it on,did a sloppy job.Never fixed the leaks only made them worse on purpose. Then told me i needed a new roof it would cost me ******; then they were trying to get me to sign a contract.and to top things off his wife practically bagged me to give them a five star review.So she could get her schooling for free.Stay away people especially seniors.Spend your hard earned money on a good honest contractor. ************** 7-7-22
