      Service was great - ***************************** was my Service Tech and he could not have been more courteous, knowledgeable and professional!! I am very pleased.

      We had a main line blockage that needed quick attention. ****** showed up less than two hours after my first call and took good care of us. I had a different company come the day before, and I had to wait until 7pm -- a nine-hour wait! -- for them to show up and essentially do nothing (they didn't charge us, fortunately). Action/****** charged ** half of what the other plumbers had quoted me yesterday. He was courteous and forthright. I'll definitely call them if I need help again.

      We have been using Action drain for the past ten years. We will use no one else and we recommend them to everyone! Our sewer line gets clogged every 2 years or so. Due to the age of our house and the line being original, it is not slanted correctly. I was in my bathroom & all the sudden I hard a gurgling noise. I opened my shower and our tub was filled with ************ I called the on call service and they had *********************** call me. HE WAS FANTASTIC! He gave us options, but we knew we needed the power jet. He went out of his way to help us by going all the way back to the office and getting the power jet, before doing the next call he had before us. He was in and out in less then an hour! Very nice, helpful, professional, & engaging. Thank *******! ************************** ROCK!

      ****, who helped me when I called was great! She answered all my questions and had a guy out to our business in just a couple hours. He even called first and said he was on his way. ***** did an excellent job and really knew what he was doing. We have an older building and he had a few different ideas on clearing out our lines and did a fantastic job! I would definitley call them again!! Very professional! Call them you will not be disappointed!
