    I bought a stove from this company, but had issues with its performance. The stove leaked fuel every time I attempted to use it, which became a fire hazard. I attempted to contact the company twice via their customer service email to find out if the issue could be remedied, but I heard nothing.Eventually I decided that my only recourse was to submit a warranty request. I was able to get in contact with the company through this method. The company representative is ****** ******. ****** had be send the stove to him through the mail.****** tested the stove and was not able to reproduce the leak issue, so he sent it back to me. I then tested the stove to see if I could reproduce the issue, but could not thread the stove onto the fuel canister. I have video evidence of me attempting this because I wanted to film the leak issue I was experiencing. I contacted ****** to ask about the issue connecting the stove. He asked me to send my video, which I did. I then didn't hear from him for a week so I reached to ask if he had received it. His response was that he had threaded the stove 6 times at his desk without issue, so he didn't respond because he didn't have any solutions for ***** this point I decided to look closer at the stove and noticed that the connector head was cross-threaded where it screws onto the fuel canister. I sent photos to ****** to show proof of the evidence. His response is that because he had no issues at his desk, he would not help me.Receiving a product that was in worse shape through a warranty request has been a terrible customer experience. As such, I would advise other customers to avoid this company.
