    I had an appointment at 10 am and they were late already. I called the office to ask if everything is fine. A lady called ****** or something who says she's the manager talked to me in a very rude way. She cancelled my appointment even if I didn't ask for it. She said 'I am canceling your appointment go find someone else or tow it yourself'. She hang up, I called back and she said that she's blocking my number even if I have never been rude to her. Horrible person, *****************

    This person referred to himself multiples times on being in the tow industry had a scheduled called for for the previous day specifically at 7p was advised at that time we ask for an hour leeway and went we went on scene for the scheduled call and no one had keys for the car and the shop was closed and not able to tow it and yes it was rescheduled for the next day between 10a-11a. I called him to let him know there was dry run fee of ***** from the previous day and if he still wanted us to tow it he said yes and that it was after 10a and still waiting and I explained and that we would be closer to the 11a part of the appointment due to a police call to which the person said that if we were after 11a he would deduct the ***** and I tried to explain to him that is not how that works then he got argumentative and again referred to him being in the industry and I tried to explain to him then he should really know how it works and can't guarantee to be at 10a on the dot and that's why we ask for an hour leeway. He continued to argue and that when we cancelled the call and advised him to call another tow company because we weren't going to be towing for him he asked for my name I gave it him him and continued to make comments about being in the industry again and myself so I referred to him one of his friends that he knows. He then called back a few minutes later asking to spell my name and that when he was advised to not call back.
