      Very shady company personnely I feel some of there policies are illegal. Make you travel for training which is unpaid no compensation for travel or anything. Communication is a joke never met my manager during my employment there. I would highly recommend not working for this company.

      Saw a video of one of the employees that work for this agency named ****** who clearly violated the rights of a citizen and was rudely disrespectful! No one should ever have this company working with our citizens!

      This is not a testament to this corporations protective services. This is a testament to the office staff that work for them. I was required to drive across town three times in the span of a month to redo fingerprinting (a service offered f through IdentoGO carried out by this location at PPC). The staff not only lacks professionalism and decorum, they are discriminatory, belittling, dismissive, and overall lacking in kindness or customer service. The office staff is the face of the corporation, as such, this office staff directly contradicts this corporations values which state: Our PPC family carries out our value of helping othersIf this is how their internal staff Carries themselves, and treats their guests and customers with such behaviors as I have experienced during my three visits, it raises more concerning questions about their other more sensitive and important services.

      We received an email from ******************* on 2/23/2023 asking who she could speak to about an issue at one of our locations. Her email was responded to immediately by President ************************** asking what occurred so we could better assist her. A second email was sent to ***** by me, ***********************- HR Manager, as well. ******************* has not responded to either emails that we sent her, nor has she called us back at the phone numbers provided in our emails. Even in this reported complaint to the BBB she has not reported what exactly happened for us to investigate and address.
