I own property at ****************************************************************************************************************. Within the last ***** days I had a tenant evicted which resulted in the entire 5-acre property and 2-bedroom mobile needing to be demolished, and eight years of disgusting trash removed. I hired an out of area contractor to complete project which commenced on June 23, 2022. The contractor hired several local junk removal and disposal haulers to help facilitate cleanup process. Each individual business was paid up front for the work requested. Unfortunately, the contractor had a home emergency and needed to return to the west side of the state. He arranged with Junk Slayers LLC, ***********************, who had been employed as a junk hauler on the project for the past week to load and remove the final remnants from the property with the understanding that cell phone pictures and a telephone call to the contractor was to conclude the project. Terms agreed upon during June *****, 2022, with price having been decided upon by both individuals and the job to be completed on Saturday, July 2, 2022. On July 1, 2022, at approximately 3:30 p.m. the contractor received phone call from *********************** of Junk Slayers LLC stating that he would not complete the project without being compensated $2,100 upfront. I was witness to conversation and instructed contractor to have *********************** of Junk Slayers LLC to email me an invoice. By 4:57 p.m. **************** was paid in full. Junk Slayers LLC was to load and haul remainder of debris from property. Instead, a 40 yd container from ***************************** which was sealed and prepared for removal by their company on July 6, 2022, was breached and overloaded with debris by Junk Slayers LLC. I was notified by ***************** that until that breach was resolved they would not remove the container. Junk Slayers LLC proceed to **** be $350 without completing the original job of $2,100. Employed new contractor to complete job @ $7,000 last week. Junk Slayers LLC - no reponse
