    Do not use this company for anything. First contacted them about my ** unit in Aug 2022, was told the compressor was bad and needed to replace the unit. Every time I called the phone number for the business, which is a cell phone, the voice mail was full and couldn't accept new messages. Whenever someone did answer, they always said they would call me back and never did. Finally had an installation date set for May 15th, the ** unit wasn't compatible with our furnace and the company just said that was what the insurance covered. Didn't take any accountability for the fact they had done the inspection and made the recommendation to replace. The person said he would find a unit that would work and could complete the install the following week. Never heard from him again. Followed up the following week and he seemed agitated and said he would call his supplier and call me back, never heard from him again. When I've tried calling, the voice mail is full, and no one answers. Do yourself a favor and contact a more reputable company who knows how to follow-through and communicate.
