      Worst HVAC company in all of Spokane areas! The company should have been shut down after the owner was sued for sexual harassment. They allow employees to do drugs while at work, they allow their installers to drink alcohol while on the job, they run off all the good employees and leave all the c*** ones alone. The account payable is a pill popper and is scaring off half the customers. Do business with anyone besides them.

      We paid this company $400 to come out and fix our pool heat pump but they actually created a new problem that's worse and the heat pump still doesn't work. The last communication I had with them after leaving several messages was they would check on the status of our repair and get back to me. That was 9 days ago and I haven't heard anything and doubt I ever will. I have been leaving them messages for almost 3 weeks now. And although they already collected the $400 they sent me another invoice which they changed from the original invoice. A terrible experience overall. I would never use them again. We had to hire a new company to come out and replace our pool heater.

      Zero Communication on when parts will be in. Called many time to see when they will be in. Same anwser we will call you back or their in a meeting. I don't think they know what customer service is!!!!!

      I would give this company NEGATIVE 20 stars based on any 5 star customer rating scale. This company is filled with lying HVAC crews who have 0 competence in what ever they do and touch, they do not abide to contracts, and really don't care about any customers "they serve". This company should be shut down. Not to mention they were already in some hot water with the BBB for falsely using the BBB logo to look like they are accredited.
