    I sent a lab sample in to US Biotek laboratories per my doctor's instructions back in May 2024. Two months later, I am still waiting for results from this lab test. My doctor informed me that upon following up with US Biotek, she was assured they would have the test results by July 22, 2024. That time has come and gone, and still no lab results. I then followed up with their customer representative on July 25, 2024, and was assured she would call me back that day with an answer as to why it was taking so long and when I would receive results. She never called back. Oh, and by the way, I paid almost $400 for this test directly to US Biotek. Basically, they've stolen money from me. This is a fraudulent company.
