So sorry to have continued with purchasing from this dealer. WATCH OUT. The owner's word is not at all trustworthy. We purchased an ** at their full asking price in cash. We were told over and over that everything on the ** would be in working order before we left the lot with our purchase. Several items were not corrected when we arrived to bring our purchase home. One of the main items was the leveling **** ******* When we came to make a final payment we noticed one of the ****s was hanging down and the footing was broken. They stated that they would fix it before we picked the ** up. When we arrived, the **** was up and the footing replaced. What we did not see was that the leveling **** ****** equipment/**** was hanging by one bolt, as if it had been bumped or affected by the **** being hit when it was at their lot. There was fluid leaking out of the **** **** and within a day the **** slipped back down on it's own. Now we see that the ** is not able to be driven safely with the one **** and the **** not properly attached. We requested that Sundance ** send a mobile ** Repair person out to fix it so we can drive it safely. They refused and said that we were ****** ******* dramatic". We are two months out from purchase and are still not able to drive this ** as the **** could fall again, get loose, bump something on the ground while we were driving, and possibly fly off and hit something on the ** or another vehicle. Also the leveling ****** motor is loose and could come completely off. We had a weeks worth of cleaning to do as there was a lot of areas that they did not clean as they stated that they would before pick up. Gross stuff!! We are not satisfied at all with this company. We suggest that you look elsewhere if you are looking for a ****. The sales people are great to deal with, but unfortunately, they do not have the final say on matters.

We did a consignment of our **** class C **. In the consignment agreement signed by us Sundance would get 10% of the sale after providing proof of purchase amount. Once it was sold they sent us a contract to sign that stated we would receive $10,000.00. When we took the title to Sundance and asked to see the proof of purchase amount we were denied access to the paperwork. Once we signed over the title, received check, we were told they sold it for $14,000.00. We feel like we were swindled! There were many conversations before the sale to try to get a better payout but they were declined. Trusting verbal sale price then signing was our down fall and still have no idea what they sold the ** for!

There seems to be some confusion about how our consignment works.

We agree upon an amount and try to make money above the agreed upon amount and we are netting for you.

The only line in the consignment agreement that has 10% reads as follows:

I understand that if, after the end of consignment period and return of the vehicle, I sell the vehicle to a customer who first looked at the vehicle at the consignees lot, that I shall pay a commission to consignee of 10% of the purchase price paid.

This means that if someone came to the Sales lot then purchased the vehicle from you directly then you would pay us 10% of the sale price.

The conversions about a higher amount were counter offers from you to the buyer trying to make the purchase.

If you are able to come in person we can go over the signed agreement stating what was signed. No where does it state that we take 10% of the sale price if we sell it.

Unfortunately BBB doesnt appear to allow photos to be posted but what you are saying isnt correct.

We apologize for any confusion, but the agreement doesnt read the way you say it does.
