    Came out to do measurements on two tall double pane cloudy windowsrequired 1/2 down ($600.) which I paid. Several week wait & I heard nothinganother several weeks with no contact.That was last yearI have the receipt & have called several times more over the yearnothing!!!What a shady way to do business

    Like others, I ordered five window glass panes from Dungeness Glass in June, 2022, with the promise of delivery in August. I finally received an excuse of supply delays when I got ahold of someone in October. Since then they dont answer the phone and their answering machine is full. Its become too late to dispute the $500 charge for the deposit on my credit card. The office is never open when I pass.

    I received a quote for a broken sliding door in May 2022 and provided a down payment of half the cost. I have been contacting the business with no luck. Phone mailbox is full and no one was present at the business during posted business hours.

    Prepaid for an order Aug 10 , 2022 . Haven't heard a peep from them. They don't answer the phone , nor do they return messages . The store is locked up .
