    I asked for a quote for replacement brakes and rotors on my car and asked for OEM. The quoted price was in line with dealership pricing for OEM parts. I requested brake and rotors be replaced as it was time, I requested VW parts, but the sales tech disagreed I ever asked for that. I understand miscommunications can happen. In the shop, I asked to see the quote and sign the authorization but was informed I didn't need to. This is a common practice at every shop I've been to in the last 30 years. It's also the law in **************** that if requested any shop must produce an invoice for any repair that exceeds $100. The sale tech yelled at me over the phone when I was just trying to explain the situation. After calming the sale tech down, I finally received "no refunds," but we'll put in whatever parts you want if you go buy them and give them to us. I would avoid this shop, or be very clear about what you want, and confirm that is what they are doing by getting it in writing first. This shop lacks the processes to take care of customers correctly.
