My kitchen sink was backed up for the third time Feb.4, 2023.I called this company in Dec 2021 and paid $425 to have this same line snaked. This was the third time in 3 years that this sink has clogged. On Feb. 6th, I made a request for a technician. He arrived about 4 PM and suggested he could remove a 10 ft. section of the two-inch pipe in the garage to inspect and clear any blockage and then replace it. The verbal estimate on my invoice was $1279. plus tax. He also said I would get a $50 discount since this was a repeat visit for a clog. Two of my neighbors and I watched as he unfastened the brackets and lowered the pipe. He had me run water from my kitchen sink to flush out a small clog in the section still attached to the wall. Noting the clog inside that 10 foot section, he agreed to flush it out. We offered to have him use the hose nearby in the garage. He rinsed out the pipe and upon inspection that it was clear, reinstalled it using all the same parts he had disconnected. No repairs were made nor any new parts required. At no time did I imagine that a simple flushing of a pipe would cost this much for less than an hour's work. Less than an hour later, I was asked to sign the electronic bill on his phone, for a total $1420.65, including the $50 discount and tax. I did not see the receipt until I printed it out from my computer after he left. It was not the estimated amount of $1279.77 with a $50 discount I was quoted . After no response to 4 phone calls made between Feb 7-9, a letter was sent to the President of the company on Feb 13 asking for clarification about the final billing being higher than the estimate. A final phone call was made Feb 23, with no response. I truly believe I was taken advantage of. I am disappointed by the lack of response for simple clarification, or justification, for less than one hour to clean a 10 ft. pipe. I will no longer recommend this company.! ***** R, Arlington

My kitchen sink was slowly draining. I called this company hoping to get it fixed. First plumber showed up Friday. Did a horrible job, made the clog even worse. Another plumber came Saturday and able to unclog the sink and charged me over $860. My sink started to leak after. The plumber knew it was going leak and suggested if it leaks to call the office. This company created and caused another problem for me. The third plumber came on Sunday. He said the problem was ours, so to fix the leak would cost another $700. He then argued with me and asked if I want to do it or not? I said no, this was caused by your company. You have to fix it. Then he yelled at me in front of my family and stormed out the door. They put paper towels inside my pipe and purposely screwed up the pipe to cause more leaking. I called the company and demanded to speak to the manager urgently. Nobody called. I am now left with more damages to my sink. This company is beyond terrible. They will scam your money and cause more damage to your house. Avoid at all cost!!!!! Less than 1 star! I will never use this company ever again. They purposely ruined my pipes to get more money from me. Scam all the way.

Following is a copy of what I sent to the Trustpilot website as a complaint about service from Mr. ************************* had a completely blocked kitchen sink. Two technicians showed up, convinced ** that a Hyfro-scrub was much better than just snaking the blockage - we agreed and was given the estimate of $800.00 plus, but with us not knowing exactly what was involved. In hindsight though, they were here less than one hour. Even if they make $50.00/hour for labor, what is the other $700.00 for ??? There is no product involved or utilized, just our water and our electricity. Therefore we feel we were ripped off. By the way, we are retired people in our 70's and 80's. For sure, if there is another need for this kind of service we will look elsewhere.I will add a couple of afterthoughts: I am aware that the company needs to make a profit on their calls - any company does to stay in business and I'll ***** them that. But also their work was not strenuous or dangerous etc. - it not involve going under the house. The senior technician gave us a $50.00 discount at the end of the service (unexpected but appreciated) otherwise the bill would have been over $880.00 including taxes.

Agree, these people are crooks. I had a clogged bath tub drain. Unfortunately, no local plumber was available when I was making calls. This company charges 165 to come out. Other plumbers called after I had already paid that. When the guy arrived, he saw 1" of water in the tub and acted like it was a disaster. He made up all kinds of doomsday scenarios like broken pipes and full septic tanks but insisted he isn't paid commission. Then he wanted 569 to use a hand auger to snake the drain. Then he wanted $150 for 2 screws which I did without. When I called the office about the price, I was told to get another plumber if I didnt like their prices. I was able to haggle for a better price but I should not have to do that. These people will 100% rip you off. It took less than an hour including arguing time to clear the clog. Then the woman who told me to go elsewhere sent me an email asking for a good ****** review. What a disgusting company.

We called on Tuesday about our water shutting off sporadically, had a technician out Wednesday to diagnose the problem. The technician did not have the proper parts to repair it and said he would come back in the morning to work on it. He arrived at 9:30 on Thursday and spent 3.5 hours replacing the piping and electrical box near our water tank which he had diagnosed as the problem. The technician left around 1 PM after I had paid $1200 for the repair. At 3 PM I was using the hose to fill up water for my horses and our water shut off again (having the same issue we hired the company to fix). I immediately called the company and explained what I had and requested someone come out to fix it as we are now going on 3 days without consistent water. The representative said he could not have someone out until morning. I explained my situation and that it was 95+ degrees out and I had animals who needed water and he said he could not get anyone out until **** PM the following day (3 days after my initial call). He was not compassionate about what I was dealing with or the fact that we still did not have water because their techno failed to diagnose the problem and repair our water tank properly. We now have $1200 less and still do not have our problem fixed. Overall, a horrible experience working with this company.
