***** ****** ******, ****, ****, and ****** helper, *******, were all great!! The whole process moving across the country was seamless! From the very start, everyone has been attentive and very helpful, always checking in with updates. Very professional - we appreciate everyone!!!!! We would definitely use Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage again.

Had Dallas, ****** and ******* to help with my move last Friday and the crew was communicative and responsive from pre-arrive throughout the entirety of the move. They were resourceful and were always planning and thinking ahead. All 3 crew members were friendly and helpful throughout. ****, their relocation specialist came out and spent time assessing the move and did a thorough job during my selection process and they were the only ones that came out and did that for free even before I chose them out of the 4 companies that I contacted and got quotes from. The professionalism and assessment of completion cost made me feel confident about the move. **** M, their operations manager kept communications open and was checking in with me before the actual date which also gave me a good impression that I was in good hands. Overall, I felt the cost was reasonable and the time estimate for the effort was accurate (actually final cost was slightly less than estimated since the move went very smoothly). ******* and Blayde comprised the crew moving my goods from one apartment to another. They were courteous, helpful, professional, and just a delight to have as our movers. Just when I thought customer service was dead or at best an oxymoron, Hansen Bros. proved me wrong and I am very happy about that! I can see why they have been around since 1890. I am so very glad my friend ***** told me about Hansen Brothers. The service they provide is just extraordinarersy from beginning to end. Starting with my first call to them all the way through the process they were totally professional, responsive, on time and actually came in a little under the very fair budget I was quoted. It's rare these days to work with a company that actually answers the phone, returns emails, shows up on time and approaches the work with the best attitude ever. The coordinator at Hansen Bros., ***** ******, was fantastic to work with - kind, thorough, professional and helpful. The moving team of ****, ******* and Dre were amazing. So easy to communicate with, and they handled our special situation of moving two people into two different rooms at a care facility with exceptional attention to detail and kindness. They knew it was a stressful day for our family, and each of them made it better through their patience and professionalism.Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.Hansen Bros. ***************** recently (in the last year) moved my Mom's china cabinet up from ******** with no damage. The issue is the cabinet is so old that if the curved glass were to break, we'd have an extremely hard time finding someone to fabricate the replacement ********** may take making a custom mandrel and that's the reason we didn't try to move it ourselves. The wrapping of the cabinet for travel was expertly done.A few weeks ago, ***************** did another ***************************** for us. We would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. to everyone!
