      You do not want to do business with this group. I have an account with one of their assigns, Foxinternet.com. While I had this Email for years with no problems they seem to have effectively cancelled their spam, phishing and fraud filters thereby allowing all kinds of spam, s*** and garbage to get through. It also is not a password secure site. It uses the old less secure POP protocol. I am trying to close this account and am unable to do so and they keep billing me automatically. I cannot access this Foxinternet account through the ******************** webpage to cancel. I have sent them several Emails demanding they cancel with no response. I have called the Isomedia phone number and I get put on hold no matter which of their categories I choose. The next step, if they don't close this account and quit billing me, is to contact an attorney and proceed from there.

      I've always had positive experiences with this company until recently. Over the last six months theyve gone downhill. New staff seems to do only the bare minimum, assuming they can help you at all. Many of them seem clueless.Ended up having to take my business elsewhere.
