    I was sent ink cartridges for my printer and when I installed them they did not work. Caused my printer to malfunction. I had to buy new ones at a local store which cost more but I needed them. I am STILL trying to return the cartridges to inkfarm but they wont send the return label. I spoke with them twice on the same day and gave 2 different emails in case of my email being a problem but I still have not received it. On their website where you select return it says to fill out the form below but there is no form below. I'm done with inkfarm. I will pay the extra at a local store that honors their product.

    I have a repeated customer for the past 7-8 years. But noticed since earlier this year, not sure if there is a change of ownership or customer service **** staffs, ************************** is not answering my multiple telephone messages, nor responded to my customer feedback emails, regarding my 2022 unopened, brand new ******* ** 62XL black remanufactured cartridges, that is still within their one year purchase warranty. I had two of them, both were not recognizable by my home ** Envy **** printer. So, I thought, I will give them one more try, and ordered a single **62XL black remanufactured cartridge. Upon the package delivered, I installed into my ** printer, it did recognized by the ** printer this time, but noticed the icon only showed 1/3 full. Since I needed to do some printing right away, I I didn't bothered to contact ******* for the issue. And now, with less than 30 pages black regular printed pages, the printed black wordings are fading in color. Thus, I am not ordering from ******* anymore, and will search other reputable cartridges online companies to earn my future business, and do not recommend this company for anyone who is looking to buy or order remanufactured printer carriages

    Have ordered many times over the last 2 years. Great product saved lots of money Cartridges last longer than originals. Very friendly staff when ordering by phone. The shipping is very fast.

    I think the Better Business Bureau is not doing their job. How can this company ******* continue to misbehave with regards to product quality, returns, and refunds. Does the Better Business Bureau read all of the complaints posted, and still rate this company AAA+ ? I wonder if a company poisoned people on a regular basis, would they still receive a B+ rating ? I trusted this A+ rating when I purchased from ******* and had very similar problems as those listed by previous customers. I trusted your A+ rating instead of checking for complaints. I do not need to list my specific complaints, BBB would not do anything anyhow. A real waste ot time, just like this message !I used to trust the BBB, now I believe your company is one notch above a Palmetto Bug.***************************
