      I was 10 minutes late to aerial yoga class as I was suffering an undiagnosed medical condition. When I arrived the door was locked. The owner emailed me and told me I was no longer welcome to join classes as this had happened before. I emailed the owner after I had healed from my condition with an apology and explanation and was never responded to,

      This is an extremely abbreviated and one sided version of the studio's relationship with this person. This is the second time she has needed to apologize for her behavior in order to be welcomed back to class. We gave her a second chance but after repeated no-shows and late cancels (in addition to comments made to staff that made our teachers uncomfortable), she was refunded for her membership and asked to find another place to practice. 

      She sent several insulting emails to me following being asked to find another studio, so I blocked communication from her, which certainly seems to have been the correct course here.
