I would not recommend this company. The lack of communication, slow deliverables, and poor work showed me that I could have done all this myself. The only thing that I am happy about is the logo, which took too long to get. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I was given an incomplete website and had to ask several times how to activate the website. I normally don&#**;t do bad reviews and went back and forth about this review but I would hate for someone else to spend a lot of money to receive the same bad experience. Please either do this yourself or go to someone else. There is a huge lack of professionalism here as well as incomplete services. I tried my best to work with this company and all I got was "well this is a start-up company"...trust me you do not want a start-up company helping you start your business. I lost many clients due to this company. Still, I have no bitterness, I just would like to warn others before they spend THOUSANDS

Hello *******. Though you have chosen to use now 4 separate accounts to write another negative review on the same matter (something I have never seen any person do), we are confident our loyal and potential clients won't be deterred by your deliberate attempts to undermine the integrity of our small business. No one reading your review believes you have "no bitterness" as you mention, this personal vendetta against us is not going to ***** you the fulfillment you seek. We will never stoop to the level of those who only seek to cause harm, even when offered several options to mitigate your concerns including helpdesk articles, extra revisions, weekly full-team status meetings, phone calls, emails, and texts (though I did politely ask you to refrain from using my personal number after hours for your personal inquiries). You were charged $2000, in split payments, for an entire e-commerce website, brand guidelines, logo with added revisions, a marketing plan, and social media strategy and given an exclusive discount for being a small Black-owned business. A discount we offer to help close this country's disproportionate racial wealth gap. Consistent with the discount, you were considerably under-charged for services.Nevertheless, I do however wish you all the success this world has to offer as a new business owner and encourage you to extend the same energy you have taken to hurl insults on the now 4th review I am forced to respond to and invest time into your business model.
