      Our sister died March 15, and we have not received her ashes. We paid to have them mailed. Here it is May 15, and we don't even know where she is since calls are slow to be returned. We were told it would take about 2 1/2 weeks as well as death certificates. The certificates were received promptly. It's a terrible feeling not to know where your loved ones remains are floating around.

      NEVER let your loved ones be cremated by this funeral home. Period.My mother passed away on July 9th, and as it was not expected so soon after her illness was found, we did not have a home picked out yet. Providence Hospice (who was great aside from this) recommended Simple Cremation of Seattle. We were told to expect a call within 3 days to collect all required information and get a time for when we can pick up her ashes.As I write this, it is July 27th, and her ashes are still not ready, nor have we received the death certificates we paid for. I have NOT ONCE been contacted by this funeral home. Every time any correspondence has occurred, I have been the one that has called and emailed (usually multiple times before getting an answer). I was just told her death certificates are in Bellingham, ** when she was picked up in **********, **. I have no idea where my mother is, or when I will be able to get her remains. This whole process has lacked clear communication and no concrete dates have been provided. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It also appears this business operates under many names, so be careful if you hear from this man: ********************************. He is the owner of all of them and should be avoided.
