This company steals workers time and money (via time and gas) and never pays them for work that they do. I spent my last fee dollars this weekend to do over $280 worth of jobs all over my city. I live in my car and have very little money. I spent the last 3 days doing a ton of audits for some extra cash. In ******* there are laws against stores having cold alcohol in city limits. I was very clear about this in the notes of my audits and said what stores do not have cold alcohol sections in my notes. Then I just took a pic of the whole alcohol section since they had to have a picture for the cold alcohol section of the audit. The picture showed that there is no cold section! And they rejected all of my audits because it is literally not legally allowed to have these sections!!! I have emailed their support with no response or overturning of the decision of payment for my time and work. Or even my gas. Legal action needs to be taken against this 5 for not paying people who are doing free work for them while they collect money!!!

A scam through and through these people should be in prison! Ripping off the less fortunate doing these jobs for pennies then not even paying that.

They take advantage of people by not paying after work done.

This company is legit ot will pay but the payment isnt guaranteed nor by the standards of the law..The observation is under strict protocols and can be rejected due to blur or improper instructions. The issue is the payment is so low, its w2 work, and its not enough to compensate for someones time if the audits are rejected. They should provide gas and transportation to thier auditors and pay them to be trained and compensated fairly. I have had 3 of my 6 obswrvatiins rejected. I live in rural areas so these observations are very spread out. Its disheartening to be rejected when you think you followed insrtuctiins..4 foot wide pictures may not be a thing for a camera phone and you may need to change your expectations if you want to keep workers. I mean contractors

I completed 6 jobs, all were rejected for a slight infraction at grocery stores. I used upmost caution, and took great pictures. This tactic is used to not pay for honest acceptable work. Poor quality for low paying jobs

I'll keep it simple. I've taken two observa jobs. Both were photos of multiple sections at 2 different Walmarts. Lots of photos taken. Both rejected. I've taken photos for jobs on Field Agent and ******. Photo jobs very similar except in supermarkets. No rejections. A logical person can figure out quickly what is going on here. Delete their app, there are much better options to get paid for your time. Good luck out there!

This company allows dangerous business practices. The stores that observa requests information from have NOT been Vetted or informed ahead of time that contracted workers may come by to take pics of their stores. This has led to experiences where I felt threatened and feared for my life. The instructions and the authorization letter DO NOT explain why observa needs the information about their products or where the information is going or how the information is being used from their stores. There needs to be a process where observa contacts each store ahead of time to let the store owners know why they need the info, where the info is going and who is specifically requesting the information. Just saying that we have been contracted by observa for market analysis is NOT enough information and observa is knowingly putting contract workers in ***** way because they DO have an explanation in the instructions that we are not employees of observa which takes away any liability off observa in the case of a violent event where the contracted workers is harmed.

Observa has went downhill fast. They promise pay even make statements that say you may recieve pay for opps within the hr. My last opp I accepted and submitted was on August 10th today is the 22 and I still have not been paid. I would not recommend this app to anyone anticipating pay in a reasonable amount of time. To date i still have opps i havent been paid for. If observa does start paying again in a timely manner I will update my review until then I say stay away from this app.
