    Valant EHR does not resolve user tickets and does not return phone calls. I have had an unresolved ticket since 8-23-24. You will also never speak to a human on the phone because the only way to contact any part of customer service is to leave a voicemail. It is the worst EHR I have ever worked with. Do you want to leave a callback because the line is busy? They do not call you back. They also find sneaky ways to extend your contract and prevent you from dropping features you no longer use.

    My experience with Valant has been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to their abysmal customer service. Despite being promised timely assistance and support, I've found myself repeatedly frustrated by the lack of responsiveness and effectiveness of their customer support team.Whenever I've encountered issues or needed assistance with navigating their platform, reaching a helpful representative has been like searching for a needle in a haystack. Emails go unanswered for days, and phone calls often lead to long waits on hold, only to be met with vague answers or unhelpful suggestions.It's disheartening to invest (an expensive amount!) in a service that not only fails to deliver on its promises but also neglects to provide adequate support when issues inevitably arise. As a customer, I expect to feel valued and supported, but Valant has consistently fallen short in this regard. Specifically, I was overcharged an amount different than my contract for 4 months in a row before getting a resolution.Considering the significant investment required to utilize their platform, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Valant has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others.
