    In the bomb cyclone of 2024 my house was hit by a tree, collapsing my roof. Both vehicles were hit by trees, 3 sides of my 4-sided fence have blown down or been pummeled by trees, I have been without power for a week and I still don't have water. Needless to say, Thanksgiving is canceled as is my availability to attend Enchant. I've asked for a refund and have been met with no less then a "sorry, thems the brakes" attitude without concession. Additionally, no ability to "speak" to a real person, no phone number listed and everything is through faceless chat, I guess that's how they like to elicit their joy... from afar. Pretty tone-deaf from a company who's job is to elicit happiness and joy, not quite the Christmas spirit I was hoping for. Won't ever purchase again, will encourage others to do the same.

    In short: I will never purchase tickets for any event or service provided by this company again. I became ill with Covid and unfortunately lacked enough foresight to know that would happen days before the date I was meant to attend. * **** ** ** *** *** **** *** * *** **** ** ** ** *** ****** * *** ****** ** *** **** *** ********* ** *** ** ******* **** **** * *** ***** ** ****** ******** I asked for a refund and because I in no way would be able to attend, nor would I be able to transfer the ticket as everyone in my family had already purchased one. * **** *** ** * *** ** ***** *** *** *** ******* **** **** ** ******* ** *** **** ** ***** **** *** ** *** ** ***** ******* ***** Because in my haste to purchase a ticket for the selected times my family was going, I did not read the fine print that they are non-refundable - **** ******* ********** ******* *********** ***** *** ****** ** ****** ******** ******** **** ***** ** ****** ****** ** ******* *** **** ********** ******** *********** ** *** ***** ***** *********** ******** ** * ******** ******* *** ******** ***** ******* *** ******* **** *** ** *** ********* I couldn't be more disappointed in a company meant to elicit joy, fun and happiness in the events they create. Instead, I've only been offered an apology for the inconvenience.
