  Like other reviews without a doubt, I cant find a single positive thing to share. The whole process was chaos at best from assessment of container size, packing team, loading team, local delivery, move coordinators and lost claim analysts. Each team blamed the other, yet ultimately they will do nothing to help or fix that doesnt suit them. Our packers arrived and left because of an injury that was fabricated because the same person following day with no injury. We had to notify the coordinator as they had no clue that no one showed up to finish. Finally a local packer showed at 6pm (6 hours later) and said, I will stay in your apartment all night and sleep here to finish. Completely unprofessional. We lost opportunity for the original sea container to be used so we took a full extra day to complete and we had to do the coordination on site ourselves. The final loading was total chaos with many men in the apartment taking items unnumbered but we were busy monitoring progress in basement so we didnt know they werent packed or numbered including a speaker system which was lost and our claim denied. We had no expectation everything would be perfect but never expected the ultimate in customer service failure. The final blow in the worst experience of our 6 moves was the ***** claims analysts. We submitted a claim for a $400 speaker system. At no time did they reach out for any additional details and the packers claimed no items were left out of boxes and because you signed the document (which we have no receipt or copy of the final signature), we deny your claim. So apparently the policy protects them but not the mover. My only advice to you in dealing with ******* or the ***** moving team is dont. Request another provider. There are way better options and none worse we have worked with.

  THEFT / DECEPTION / DON'T USE MOVEDSY OR SUDDATH - it took me a long time to go through my boxes to make 100% sure they stole items before I would report this. I just happened to watch one guy place my Singer Sewing machine into a large box of theirs. I never saw that again and I realize I am missing lots of other things too that were in boxes placed in their provided box. I lost sight of them for about an hour, they must have taken my items at that point, possibly they had a car at the weigh station.They broke pieces off of my washer and left them on the top. They broke my dryer and would take no responsibility. When I contacted the office, the girl played dumb like I was the first case she ever had of any problems. She kept saying "I haven't heard back from my boss yet" this was over a period of weeks! Eventually she would not return my calls or pickup when I called.I didn't realize I could report this so I am late, but need to make others aware that they are not a good company.Also, my estimate was written as a local move when I actually moved from ******* to Georgia.It was for 5 hours. At storage one guy spent FIVE 5 hours sitting and marking my boxes with little yellow stickers. No one told me this was going to happen, my entire estimate was for 5 hours. I did have more items than I realized i will say i did not realize it. They tried to charge me $1,100 - $1,200 AFTER my items were in the truck but I just kept saying I couldn't pay.The sales person *************************** *****.******** at suddath.com never returned my call.
