  She rescheduled my appointment MULTIPLE times, kept saying her husband but actually her boyfriend shes only known for 3 months broke his hand and they are at the hospital. I tried so hard to get a deposit back but she said its non refundable even after no service was performed because she again kept canceling out appointments . Oh and then tries to gaslight me and say our appointment was next week when she said it was the upcoming Friday not next Friday says she sent me emails there was absolutely no email and still isnt. She finally actually sticks with the appointment after 3 times of rescheduling Finally When I get there shes hesitant to let me come up to the building Im asking her to please let me in and she sent me the consent forms the night before even though her policy is 72 hours On top of that when we get there we dont start until 10 she wanted to take before photos and then I had to sign the consent forms, shes then on the phone with her boyfriend and other family on and off the appointment. We agreed on tattoo freckles and I say Im willing to pay extra because the deal she had me for was 80$ for freckles and the extra part being 20 for hearts = 100$ so both services the lashes as well were 100$ making my total for the appointment 200$, plus whatever tip I ask her if we can put some on my chest and arm not knowing it would be a total separate amount, she did not inform me that I would be paying her for the hour or thats how that service worked if I wanted it somewhere other than my face. She claims I didnt hear her say that it was extra, so we spend 4 hours doing the freckles tattoo and then at the end of the appointment she says the total is 900$. And then tries to use her boyfriend as a witness who wasnt even there the whole appointment and who also argued with me when I was trying to talk to the business owner aka ******. This girl is a scammer do not go to her, Im so frustrated and she only uses third party so you can dispute it.

  ******** is the owner and is unprofessional. She was late for our first appointment because her scheduling app told her the wrong time. Happened again the second appointment except she was an hour late. The third appointment we had at 6am, she calls me at 5am to make sure Im awake, and then is 15 minutes late for our appointment and is ****** when I called her to make sure she wasnt waiting on me. This same 6am appointment she tells me I smell like I have strep and I assure her with my mask on that I am not sick but that I probably have a UTI. she writes it off and tells me to drink a tincture she has. Instead of telling me whats in it- she tells me to open my mouth and shoots a vile into my mouth of what tastes like straight alcohol and herbs which hurt my stomach immensely. I text her on Thursday September 7th to tell her I did end up having a UTI caused by ***** B, so her sniffer wasnt completely off base. She texts me back saying to take care of myself and to rest up. She texts me on September 14th asking if I can move my appointment to 5pm on the 19th instead of 4pm, and I say sure. I text her on the 18th saying that ** very excited for our appointment tomorrow (the 19th) and I get no reply. The final straw was she canceled our appointment an hour before meeting because she required I have a clean bill of health, and specifically a hand written doctors note with a negative strep test because I told her on September 4th- which is not the same as Strep A and is not contagious in the same manner at all- I had multiple doctors confirm this. When I tried to ask how I was supposed to know I needed a doctors note she said she emailed me a message through her app. The same app that messed up multiple appointment times. I checked my email and even junk mail from her and all I had were confirmations for our appointment. I asked for a refund and she said I dont do refunds. Do not pay this woman. She charges an extra $50 if you dont have cash.
