  Was impressed by both of the primary electricians from ************* who were involved with working on my electrical panels. Both were knowledgeable and attentive to resolving my concerns in a fair and business like manner.

  The quality of the railing was absolutely top notch! ******** did an amazing job on what appeared to be an easy job at first, but turned into something much more complex taking 2 days. He made sure I was happy with every step and the completed project. And when I asked for some edges to be filed down to be a bit smoother after it was all done, he was happy to get his tools back out and get it 100% completely right. Fantastic finished product!

  These folks do HIGH quality workmanship. The railings were exactly what we wanted in terms of color, style, height... everything. And they put them in SO solidly! We even had one end that was wiggling just a hair and they weren't happy with it so they investigated the cause (a problem in the garage underneath) which we were able to fix. It took awhile to get a response to messages sometimes but other than that, best contractors we've had working with us on this project so far. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who have similar projects.

  They knew what was needed- the building codes to meet. The installation was done well, and on time. We like how it looks and are much better off than with our old railing.

  ResCom railing completed an outside railing that made our house meet current King ****** Code as we had an outside path with 4 or more steps in the pathway down the hill behind and we had them put in railing beside each set of stairs even though only 2 had 4 stairs. The job was done early and it looks great! The ******* arrived before 7 AM and they dug the holes put the 4 or was it 5 sets of metal rails together, set them in concrete and were ************! I paid them the remainder I owed on the job before they left, as I liked the speed and efficiency of the three men, ********************** and ***** that completed job!

  Excellent customer service! I couldn't be happier with my railing. It looks exactly as I wanted. Installers Codey and ****** were ******************, and were respectful of my place, making sure they kept things clean as they worked through the install.

  ResCom Railing was doing a railing project for our neighbors and we asked them to come look at finishing the railing on our rooftop deck. There were some challenges to work with to tie into the existing railing sections. ****** looked at it and quickly came up with a solution that met all of our goals. Within an hour, we had a bid for the job, and he and ***** were able to come out the next day and complete the job. We had been trying for months to get solutions and bids from other companies and getting nowhere. We were thrilled with how responsive ResCom was and how quickly they were able to complete the job. ****** and ***** were great with communication, follow-up, and attention to detail. They were respectful and enjoyable to have around. We were very pleased with how our project turned out. The new railing that they installed blends in perfectly with the existing railing sections. We are totally satisfied with our interactions and results from ResCom.

  Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and competent. I felt I was in good hands from start to finish. Railings were installed from the driveway up two sets of stairs to the front door. The railings made the front door entrance look complete and inviting. I am thrilled with the final product and very appreciative of the work that went into this project.
