"I spent over 34 hours with customer service online and over phone resolving technical issues with incoming calls and hotspot activation with Visible. You can only contact them via chat and cannot submit photo or video so you spend hours answering questions one by one and they ask many minute questions under the assumption that the error is with your phone or your operating system." ... "You don't realize how valuable it is to have the option to talk to a person or go to a store until something goes wrong and you're stuck in Visible chat-message h*** The website chat times out, and you get to start over and over again with different people rehashing the same issues and getting nowhere. The background is my "port-in" failed and after trying for two months to get the issues resolved, I ended up having to go to ******* instead, but Visible still charged me for 3 months of service on a temporary number I was assigned, and no one at Visible has any clue how to refund service on a number I never asked for."
