"Due to fraudulent activity on my Nintendo account, ********************** thought to take it amongst themselves to suspend my account after multiple attempts to call them andinformed them that I had no idea of the charge and the charge was not created by me, but they tell me tough luck and my still suspended and will remain suspended Until I provide them information of that charge and information that I do not have accessible to me"
