    After being in the rental market for almost 6-7 years, I can confidently say that SJA property management really cares about the tenants than just trying to squeeze as much as possible from them. ********* from SJA went above and beyond through her transparent commnication and a genuine care for the folks residing on the property. Can't recommend them enough!

    After over a dozen years combined rental experience, my husband and I have had the absolute worst experience renting from SJA. If you do plan to rent from them, just hope and pray that nothing breaks.The move-in process was tedious and cumbersome, with an additional $36 "administrative" monthly fee that really doesn't do anything. Pet fees are exorbitant. You'd think that for the premium prices, you'd get premium service.******** has been extremely slow to respond and when she does respond, she's been rude and short with me. Our ceramic kitchen sink cracked after moving in, and it took over two weeks to hear from her. I emailed, followed up on the email, and finally had to call her direct line. Her response was a condescending "you don't understand how difficult this situation is". No, I don't understand how hard it is to send a plumber out to the house. I ended up sending them the direct link to the sink to be replaced and it finally got fixed over a month later. Then over two months after the repair was made, they came back to say we needed to pay for it (over $1,000).******** mixed up her properties not once, but twice, with us. Really just disorganized and unprofessional. We had to explain to her that we don't have storage underneath our stairs, we do not have a jetted tub, and that our laundry room is too small for a top-loading washing machine.Our washing machine also broke and it's going on 2 months now without a working washing machine. I've had to follow up on a weekly basis to make sure this is getting taken care of. It's really pretty ridiculous that I have to micromanage a property manager who is getting paid a premium to help take care of this.At the end of the day if you want to deal with slumlord property managers and feel like you're not respected, go ahead and rent with SJA! It's been a great example of everything not to do.

    We would like to express our gratitude to *** for all the priceless communications all this time. We couldn't have done it without your constant support and awesome guidance. It's cool to see our property in ********* be transformed for the better and show off its good qualities. We are very happy with all *** work, attention to detail, thoroughness in all aspects, swift responses, professionalism, and especially ******'s excellent recommendations and guidance. This was a fairly complicated multi- faceted project and the *** team did an excellent job. Can't wait to see the ************** a little while when the house goes on the market. We highly recommend ***!
