    I've had nothing but good experiences with Serenity Air in the past few years. Every service or installation visit was preceded with a text with the technician's name and photo so I'd know who to expect. The techs have always been on time and were quick to troubleshoot the issues. Interactions were professional and friendly. I haven't experienced high-pressure sales tactics from Serenity Air and feel a high level of trust with them.5/5 stars

    They did a great job on the installation of my furnace and heat pump, then they fell to pieces. I was suppose to get a free initial check up, after two years they never called. I called them, made the appointment, the day before they called and cancelled, rescheduling it for 5 weeks later! Again, the day before they cancelled the new appointment I had to wait 5 weeks for and rescheduled it for the next week, yet another no show. Rescheduled it for the next day, 10am, no show, but will try and come later in the day. Apparently my time is of no value to Serenity Air. Always courteous and sorry for the delay but I will no longer be doing business with them because no one should get rescheduled 4 times!
