Our family would like to thank ******* ***** for being very caring and thoughtful with our family throughout the entire cremation process. We all know that times like this are very stressful and painful and it really helped that ******* was kind and compassionate. She explained the entire process to us from the picking up of our Aunts body to the ordering of death certificates and all other facets of the cremation process. She even made sure we knew when our Aunts ashes would be ready for us. The whole process was smooth and allowed us to grieve without the hassles of arranging for her burial. The fact that our Aunt prearranged, preplanned and prepaid for her burial with Smart Cremation was wonderful. Again it allowed us to grieve her loss without all the hassles involved in dealing with the death of a loved one. I would recommend Smart Cremation to anyone as they really helped us in our hour of need. Thank you.Review fromAlan B

Excellent Company with highly qualified representatives available to answer any & all of your questions. Smart Cremation is the definition of the term integrity. I like the idea of having a pre-arranged plan, so the burden is not on my family. The price is very reasonable. My brother-in-aw referred me to Smart Cremation. ***** was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered everyone's questions. The plan includes more than just cremating our bodies! We purchased the plan because it was affordable and now our oldest daughter will KNOW what our final wishes are. She won't have to go through what we did when my father passed. We will be purchasing a plan for our special daughter very soon! Thank you ***** for giving us Peace of Mind. If you aren't sure about being buried or cremated, give Smart Cremation a chance, listen to what they have to say. At least then you can make an informed decision. Plus, there was a total of ZERO pressure to purchase the plan.Smart Cremation

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the process of creating a final transition plan for our passing that SMART cremation helped us prepare.The agent (***********************) was patient, knowledgeable and through in working through our planning our final years. He also explained how the process will help make things much easier for a surviving spouse or adult children.Knowing that things will be easily handled on a prepaid cost basis irrespective of where we are in the world is extremely comforting.My wife and I are pleased to recommend SMART cremation and *********************** to anyone considering this planning process to make an inevitable event easier.Review fromDave & Donna L

We have peace of mind when traveling or cruising that we made a smart decision for our final arrangements. We purchased our plan in 2021 but after a recent cruise and the passing of a dear friend it brought many questions. To followup on our understanding we just called Smart Cremation and spoke with ******* to clarify and have questions answered. She set us at ease that we know it is just one phone call and they will assist in seeing that our plan is followed through. ******* also advised us to make sure our family contact has Smart Cremations 800 number so they can make the call if necessary and not spend money unnecessisarily. At this most sensitive time of preparing not only to help your family but in preparing yourself, representative ********************************* made the process easy and comfortable. He invokes a sense of trust from the moment you meet him. The choice of cremation and the details of the contract you enter into with this firm is made clear and is presented in such a way that you feel happy about taking care of this necessary transaction of life to help alleviate stress on your family when you are gone. ***** gave personal experience and fully answered questions about the process at the very nice luncheon I attended.
