I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night. I called Campbell and their answering service answered. I turned off the water but it was still gushing so I desperately needed professional help. I waited 3 hours for a call. The answering service eventually told me there was nothing she could do. I finally got a call at 7 am. They sent someone out about 9am. He started to address the issue and left to pick up parts. While he was gone, my plumbing issue started leaking again. If I wasnt there to put a bucket in place, we couldve had damage. He fixed the issue that day for $2800 and left. He gave me $100 for the inconvenience. The fix started leaking Sunday night. I called and the Campbell employee said they were at capacity and I would have to wait until Monday with an arrival time of between 8-5. Water was literally leaking again. She said if it wasnt causing damage, they wouldnt come. So I said that was fine but I wanted to talk to a manager in the morning. She said she would call back in a few minutes and ended up sending someone out. Im thankful for that because my family would have been without water again. Im a TrustRight Member. They have canceled my service for other emergencies but wouldnt do that for me. I was happy to oblige when another family needed emergency service! They have changed that program so many times I dont think its worth it anymore. Bottom line- they do unreliable work for plumbing, ************ is good, electrical is okay. Also they used to care. Once I had a gas leak created by their product and a manager came to my house to apologize and assure me it was okay and safe. Now I cant even get a call back. Makes me sad that no one cares anymore. I used the love this company- people would say you use them- they are expensive!! I would proudly say its worth it. Not anymore. Might as well roll the dice with any ol contractor.Review fromOlga S

I made the mistake of having someone do electrical work who, unbeknownst to me was not licensed/qualified/or trained to perform the work. Due to concerns for my safety as a result of what was done, I contacted Campbell and Company to come out ASAP and address that area of concern in particular. As time went on, it was communicated to me that other areas were not addressed according to code or at all. I contacted Campbell and Company they came out and addressed those issues as well.Lessons Learned, Research the L&I Tool to verify the individual and/or company is "currently" Licensed, Bonded and Insured prior to hiring them. I they send someone other than who you expected or know, be sure and get their name and check their license status prior to work beginning. My experience was one that the Owner of the business was qualified, but the individual that showed up was not.Review fromBrian H

The team from Campbell and Company were outstanding. The came in and explained the job, answered all my questions, and gave me a good price. I was happy at first, now I feel like I was scammed. I was at work when they diagnosed my thermostat and told me it needed to be replaced, which I figured. Then I was told only 1 unit was compatible and only sold by them, and it was $1500 + the call so it ended up over $1800. What choice did I have?Afterwards, I found that ****** sold the same thermostat directly on Amazon for 654$. I called and asked them to remove it and refund me. I would pay for another call. They refused. I asked them to explain the $. They said programming, installation. It's 4 wires that I can hook up myself. That's not $1000 of work. I asked for a partial refund. Nope. The only thing they would do was the year maintenance, which sounds like a lot, but it's 2 visits where a guy uses a hose to wash the heat pump and changes the filter. Yes, I understand they are licensed and everything, so the thermostat could have been $800-900, but $1800!? It's a rip off. I had already even left a good review because I was happy with the service until I found they lied and up charged so much it's ridiculous.Review fromGramma V

************************ and ******, were the hvca installers on my job and ******, and **** were my Electricians. ****** was my start up tech. Everything went smoothly. The professionalism, the quality of work, the timeliness, it could not have gone better. Prices were reasonable, customer service was excellent!Not only was the service top quality, they were able to expertly answer my questions and resolve my concerns.******* & Company has earned my respect and my repeat business with the other updates to my house that I am planning.Thanks!Campbell & Company
