"because I made a complaint about a driver hitting my fence they stopped my autopay with out telling me, so now they say that I owe them over 500 dollars, they are refusing to work with me even though they created the problem, bad thing is that they are the only game in town and they think that they can get away with anything,"

"The driver they have on my route is kinda a a****** he gets grease all over my garbage cans and he will only dump one of my trash cans instead of both and then says its to close to fence but they are side by side and fencse is behind them he lies and says I put bags out there when I dont I asked them to come back to dump my can they forgot and they wanted to charge me 15 when I already pay for it and there has been nermerous time I havent even put the cans out like bad snow days and I still get charged he lies and says he dumped 2 cans very poor service"
