    Called Business to set up a repair service. They told me that there would be an after hour charge but never gave me the price. I asked what a service call was and she gave me the 262$ price but said after hour visit would be more. When we spoke with the technician who came out to our office later than what he had said he would be there by, He gave mixed information about the product we needed servicing as well as the pricing for it. He spoke to myself about the issue and then my clinic manager and told her a completely different story. He told us that our door manufacture was not in business any more and would need new door completely. When we received the repair estimate the emergency visit was 837$ That is three times the regular visit charge. I was never told this much money was required for the visit. When we called them to sort this out they were very cold and unhelpful. They said that they are a small family run business( so are we) and that was why the charges were so high. It seems rather off that they do not explain the after hour fee to you but rather surprise you with a high bill for something that they just looked at and did no repair at all. We had at first made arrangement to do work with them but after seeing the initial est. appointment fee we are not moving forward and will not do business with them in the future. We did contact the door manufacture and found out they are not going out of business and came out to repair the door at less than half of what was in the estimate of Automatic Door Solutions LLC

    This is an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided if the customer had tried approaching us in a less hostile manner. 

    We 100% did give ***** ***** a price (a 3 hour minimum emergency call on a Friday when we already had a stacked schedule). We don't take these calls until they agree to the cost. ***** did not care and said it was vital that the door worked that day.

    As far as "coming out later than we said we would." We run a service company and our closest tech (again, end of day Friday) came to them as soon as he finished the call he was on when they called us for service. Not sure what else you could ask for.

    The only "cold" person on the phone call was the customer, we tried to explain everything and then THEY told us the "were a family owned business" story with which WE replied, "so are we, we get it." It's funny that the entire story spun when it came time to share it with the world.

    We now have an expensive part sitting on our shelf for an obsolete door opener that we will eat 60% of cost if we send it back because this customer decided to change their mind and blast us on the internet. It seems to me that ***** ***** should have spoken with the real owner of the company before committing to something that they were going to be upset with.

    We are longtime customers of this chiropractor. Both my wife and I have countless family members that have been going here for years. That is now over. This is our only bad review in 7 years and it's clear that it was all (as we like to say now) fake news.
