We, too, were scammed. We had used Cameron to service our tankless water heater three years ago and he did a good job. He recently contacted us about the same WiFi alert from our water tank as others have mentioned indicating it would shut down in 72 hours without service. He overcharged us for "fixing" the tank and insisted on being paid - by check - before servicing another appliance and then never came back and did the work, and would not return our calls. I agree - DO NOT hire this person. I would give this business zero stars if that was an option.

Cameron is condescending, hostile, and dishonest. Worst contractor I have ever worked with. Women should especially watch out. He never told us the scope of the work and kept adding to the work needed with bills for the work. He even threatened us for payment when we always have paid for work. Just a terrible business.

We were victims of Longo's Home Remodeling using the same scam reported below by M... They lied about receiving a wifi alert from our tankless water heater indicating tank would auto-shut down within 72 hours, would not schedule a repair visit until a full payment was made up front, and then did not show up and perform the service. Since we utilized our major credit cards, we have been able to get support in contesting the charges. Longo's originally demanded use of Zelle or Cash apps for payment, both of which have reports of less-than-stellar support for the consumer.I agree with previous comments. Do not use this company!

Do not use Olympia's Longo's Home Remodeling, dishonest and unreliable. They lied about receiving a wi-fi alert from our tankless water heater. They did not provide the materials that were paid for, did not show up and perform the service. Trying to get a refund and the company is unresponsive. Do not use this company!

Over charged us for a job. Didn't show up when he was supposed to. Do not pay up front.
