Returns/Exchanges
Damages:
If, for any reason, you are notsatisfied with your products, we offer a full refund, less shippingshipping if undamaged or not defective. Please inspect the packaging ofyour item(s) when they arrive, in the presence of the driver if freightdelivery. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it whensigning for delivery and take a photo. If your item(s) do arrivedamaged, please send photos to [email protected] or call us at (206)705-9151 and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
In order to receive a refund, theproduct must remain in its unopened original packaging due to the uniquehygienic nature of bidet products. Customers have 30 days to return theproduct(s).
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hoursare subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order hasshipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also beresponsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only beissued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
