Since templates, courses, and any other product are non-tangible goods delivered digitally and instantly, all digital products are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Coaching services are digitally or vocally delivered and non-tangible goods, we cannot offer refunds for any of our coaching services. If unforeseen emergency circumstances arise and users must cancel, full refunds are available for cancellations requested prior to 24-hours before the scheduled introductory coaching session. No refunds will occur after this period. One-time sessions are non-refundable.
