i have been using Mr. ********************** of Snohomish County for all my repair needs for over a year. Every service technician was great! The work was done efficiently, with excellent quality and no mess was left behind. Curtain rods and shelves were all hung straight, soffit was sanded and painted to my satisfaction, front door now closes properly. All charges came in as bid and I received a $50 off coupon after each visit. I am more than satisfied and have made recommendations to my friends.

Hired to repair some dry rot near my roof gutter. While the repair man was pleasant, he was new to the company. He spent 4 1/2 hours pulling off some siding, and putting it back together to protect it from the weather. 40 minutes of that 4 1/2 hours was spent at ********** picking up a few supplies. I was charged $755.00 for his labor, which works out to be over $150.00 an hour. This company charges by the job. They gave me a quote over the phone BEFORE ever seeing my project. I was quoted between $500,00 and $800.00 dollars. I called after I paid the invoice, to discuss the charges. I was told that they charge by the job, not by the hour. How can you quote over the phone for a project that hasn't been even looked at yet?I have since hired a contractor who has master carpenters on staff. With all of their experience and training they charge $65.00-$75.00 an hour, nearly half the amount that Mr.Handyman charged me. Spending over $1000.00 for 4 1/2 hours of unfinished work was a mistake I won't make twice. Buyer beware.
