    We had our well and pump installed. Moved into our home in Dec 2023. Called within couple months as water pressure seemed low. No response. Summer came and I really noticed low pressure. No response. Emails, texts, calls. Fast fwd to September, finally reached head got by email. our pump was now running NON stop who knows how long. A service guy from Empire showed up. He couldn't fix said the *** needed replaced and possibly a bad pump. He said he would be out the next day to fix and we would be 1 day without water. We had painters at our house so we arranged everything for Empire to shut water off and fix. The guy never returned and said he got busy and would call me and come out next day to replace. This is all in text. That was Sept 15 I believe and today is Oct 16. We lost all water pressure and I have called for a month. Left voicemail, texts, emails. To 3 different contacts. Nothing not even a text. We had another company come out and found out that Empire never programmed our pump up correctly and hopefully the year of pump running non stop has not caused shortened the life of our pump. I truly have NEVER had a company just ghost us. To this day I was never rude they don't even know we had it fixed yet. I just asked to please let us know what is going on.

    Empire Well drilling is a company that needs improvement when it to customer service.Was told that it would be 15 weeks, when it actually was **** weeks for them to ***********.Their expertise is their excuse when it comes to s**** **** Tried reamer drill bit, wont work in hard basalt. They never checked the geology (well report) on the old well. After drilling 8 hole they attempted to put in 6 PVC liner would not go, after attempts regarding 4.5 PVC liner it wouldnt go. But we were told both would go no problem. We settled on steel 6 which was costly but would work according to Empire. Nope wouldnt go past 380. Never really tried to advance it, they just wanted to get the h*** off the property, a five day job took 10 1/2 days. Results 6 steel at 380 and they inserted 4.5 PVC in to the well. Did not want the 4.5 especially after the first attempts, they wont guarantee it and it does not truly serve our purpose regarding our Community well. We were told and per the contract that the steel would be put in place. It wasnt and if they would have taken the time to drill out a small section the steel would have probably gone the distance. They were just in hurry to get out if dodge. They say one thing and when it doesnt turn out, they try other things costing the customer more and more cash. To many promises, no true results in our case. They are rude, not accountable regarding mistakes and do not complete the work as the customer requested. Oh, contracts are interpreted beyond what they actually state when they s**** up. I dont recommend them to anyone in the future for any complicated drilling sites. They are vindictive in nature, threatened to notify DOE on our suppose violation of use of water, when in reality that is why we needed the new well, because of lack of water,Go figure? Last comment, watch them very closely and know that they try to add charges that you told them were not needed (water well improvement), not in basalt!
