      I called these people to make an appointment for lower back issues. I was quoted on the phone that it would cost $78,00. This was not covered by ******** they told me. I agreed and made an appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was rude and never smiled, just plain rude. She took me through some kind of pre-exercises before I saw the so called doctor. Then I was put in a room to wait for the so called doctor. He came in and ask me all sorts of questions related to my issue. I brought with me copies of my recent x-rays and MRI. Then he said he was going to take x-rays of my back. I said that is why I brought copies of my MRI. He had me in the so called x-ray so fast my head was spinning. After the e-rays he told me to make another appointment and to bring my husband with me and we could go over the e-rays and make a plan for me and we could make our decision to go forward. He took me to the rude receptionist and told her to make another appointment. Then she said I had to pay right then and there. The bill totaled $215.00!!! I about choked! She said this included the x-rays. So I paid it and I said I wanted a copy of the bill. I left and when I got home I looked at the bill and it was not itemized. So in short I do believe I was took.
