      Communication with PMI is pretty much non-existent. They don't return text messages or voicemail, if you're even able to leave a voicemail. When I finally was able to talk to Oceanne she apologized and said she has been out of the office. I met **** at the group showing and he apologized and said he would be taking over the inquiries on a specific property. Even after that communication still remains almost non-existent after over 3 weeks. I'm not sure why the homeowner continues to use their services since it still hasn't been rented out for over 3 months even though there have been over 500 contacts regarding a property and application fees being collected but trying to explain that no one has been approved so far.

      This company owner he is using his power to bully his residents. Removing you from your property that you own charging you bunch of money for previous violations that were already paid. Please stay away from this company if you don't want to lose your property ??

      I would have been happy to recommend them before. However, their service and responsiveness have become non-existent. My tenant abandoned and destroyed my property which is costing me thousands of dollars in repairs in addition to months of delays and lack of repair proposals and inefficient cleaners. I have requested copies of documents and inspections, information on the tenant's liability insurance, move out deposit transmittal that was legally supposed to be sent within 21 days - all completely ignored which puts me at risk of the disgusting tenants they chose coming after me. I am shocked and angry at their lack of integrity and honesty.
