    I've spent tens of thousands with them, if not more, over the course of a multi-year home remodel project, and most often, the materials are incorrect, misplaced, late, or otherwise causing my project to be delayed, which has added to my overall project cost and time.

    We at Lake Chelan Building Supply are sad to see *********** review.  We worked very hard to make her situation go as best we could.  For much of her project we were caught between her and the contractors she hired to build her project.  The contractors did the ordering and scheduling of the items purchased through us.  It is our understanding through conversations with ********* that they were not forthright, nor accurate in either of these areas.  We completely understand her frustration with this and did what we could on our end to address issues.  We returned and credited items that we could not receive credit for to help her out.  Again, we are sad at how this turned out for her.  It is never our intention to have any job turn out like this for our customers.  Our Regional Manager and Outside Salesperson both reached out to her.
