  We tried to cancel our membership after I lost my job and our six year old wanted to try something else. My husband called to inform them and the owner told him our six year old child obviously lacks integrity and the apple obviously doesnt fall far from the tree. He said they use a third party to handle finances and could not help us cancel our membership. Unprofessional, disrespectful and so rude.

  This person had a pre-existing financed program.  They were already were a month past due (Which has been a norm during the past six months of membership) and called in and said their child wanted to do other activities.  When told they could not cancel until the end of their current financed program finished, they they became verbally offensive to the staff member.  At no time did they say anything about a job loss.  They only stated their their "Child" had made up their mind and they were not going to talk with them.

  I think ******* is horrible. It's true - he does not take accountability for his actions. He is arrogant, defensive ,& a bully. in fact, he reminds me of a spoiled child who likely got bullied in *********** was going to show the world that he is "tough". This bullied child argued & argued with me over & over about why I wanted my contract cancelled. He did not care about my reasons. Only his own He tried bullying me into saying someone else would have to take it over. Clearly unacceptable. Then he harassed me by text with more propositions. And for those who are thinking about signing, remember this: your "membership fee" includes nothing but a blue initial shirt. After that, you pay for uniforms, patches, names on uniforms, pictures, Xmas sale ****, "black belt club" fee, exam fees, belts, sparring equipment, etc. your fees are actually double. And the list is endless. Take it from someone who believed the ungodly lie that your monthly fee actually covers everything. What a joke. I'm leaving bad reviews everywhere I can.

  We addressed this person's account.  They had some family issues and texted with staff, but did not speak with GM Richards regarding this issue, they emailed and texted to staff, but seem to have chosen to pass blame to GM Richards.  All we knew was they recently upgraded their membership, received bonuses that came with the upgrade and then something happened within their family (They seemed to have some issues with grandparent custody).  We did give them a free month (We don't charge a "Membership Fee") and they then choose to enroll after that time.  We also gave them a free t-shirt with their trial, a free uniform with their membership and again another free uniform when they did the *************** program.  We know people have complicated lives and when this issue was brought up to GM Richards by the staff, he promptly cancelled their program.  There is no issue that we are aware of at this time as we  cancelled their program and only wish the best.
