    I placed my order on October 8th. They took my money but the order continues to hold in the "Processed" status. I called the phone number listed and it seems to be disconnected. I sent and email and tried to message them through the website and got no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Even if I get lucky and get my order some day the communication is terrible.

    I advise against placing orders with this company. I spent $3,200 on two axles, including delivery fees, for my Airstream after carefully completing my online order and confirming the details with a representative in customer service. Five weeks later, I received a call from the **** manufacturer requesting payment. It appears that High Sky RV Parts accepted my payment, placed the order with the manufacturer, and did not follow through with the transaction. Based on my discussions with the axle manufacturer, it seems that this company has a reputation for not honoring their agreements

    I placed an order online with High Sky RV Parts on June 14th, *********************************************** 2-3 weeks. It's now been 2 months and it still hasn't shipped. I sent emails and left multiple voicemails and they've never responded. Will be disputing the order with our credit card company.

    Do not use this company. Ordered parts on line in April, they only shipped half the order. I called and was sent to voice-mail. No return call. I sent a email, no reply. I sent a second email noting I was about to file a disputed charge claim with my credit card company. I then receive a reply. "we must have missed your email, we checked shipping and it was our mistake not to send both items. Do you want the second item?." I replied Yes, provide shipping tracking when shipped. Then nothing. I filed a disputed charge claim and sent an email to the parent company. Still no reply. High Sky is not reputable. Avoid.

    I feel robbed. I ordered an Automatic Transfer Switch to replace the original that went bad, order number *****. It was ordered on 3/18/24 and as of 4/10 it's still not here. That's not as much the bad news, it's that nobody will take my call or even return my call. After multiple attempts to get any kind of response I'm finally concluding that this must be a scam. How disappointing. Took all my money almost immediately at the time of the order but nothing in return. I just want my money back. They even sent me an email asking for a delivery confirmation. It's all been really bad.

    The services and product purchased from High Sky RV Parts is extremely bad.I ordered the Equalizer system hydraulic Leveling system jack ** new on May 25, 2023 and paid by credit card immediately. I also paid for the shipment of the products to ensure that they would arrive on time and in good condition.However, I did not receive any confirmation or tracking information from the company after placing the order. I tried to contact several times in June by email, phone, and through the website, but I did not get any reply. I was very frustrated and disappointed by lack of communication and customer service. I only got a response from after I left a negative review on Google.I finally received the package on July 19, 2023, almost two months after placing the order. To my dismay, the package was damaged and the products were defective. The metal parts were worn out and scratched, as you can see from the pictures attached. Some parts were also missing screws and could not be installed properly.Additionally, the order also included some accessories that were not included in the package. I only received the jacks, but not the other items that I paid for. This is not acceptable. I tried calling, emailing, leaving the messages on the website with no reply. NEVER buy from them.

    Terrible service. No delivery. I ordered products on 10/3/23 and was immediately charged $320.17. However, I have never received a confirmation of when I would get my parts and it has now been almost 3 months since my order. I have called and even talked to a real person there. I told them how important my order was to my next trip with my RV. However, even though promising to get back to me in 1 to 2 days (that was approximately one month ago), they have not gotten back to me. No delivery status, no updates, and yet they have my money. Very frustrating. I will likely have to cancel my trip. Most calls in to them go unanswered.

    Wish I could do 0 stars but 1 is minimum. Ordered a part on 8/21/2023. Seemed like a discounted price compared to ***************** sites. Credit card was immediately charged for part and for $28.20 *** ground shipping even though I know the shipping should be less than $10 for *** ground for such a small part and received a confirmation email. Never hear from them. ON 9/7/2023 Called them and left a message seeking status of order. Immediately received an email concerning my satisfaction with the part I ordered. So I calle dback the next day when I received that email. Never hear from them. 0n 9/21/2023 (i month after order and not hearing) I called again...Instead fo receiving a cal or anything I received an email that my order was canceled due to the distributor no longer carries the part, which is a lie as it is still all over the internet (but much more expensive) and it appears they are just trying to recoup on their pricing as now same part (modified part number) is on their site for 10Xs the price I paid.

    Purchase the wrong item/ order #***** It was a **************** A awning flex key 14 feet/ Unfortunately , the web was too small/ Wanted to exchange for right product. Found the correct product number to make an exchange with written emails to company of understanding extra charge for price and shipping; No response, via email, phone calls {no one answers, leave a message}, type in chat, no response; This is been going on for a month. Called *******, they said they would not help/ that High Sky ** should call them in order for exchange to take place. Many email, phone calls. no response. Do not understand; One phone call to *******/ invoice of difference in price, done. **************** has been shut down. Really in dark on the why's/
