There is a no refund policy. However, a client is entitled to a maximum of three revisions under the following conditions:
-The revision is not due to the mistake of the client such as wrong or missing information given to consultant;
-The revision does not go against any grammatical standard and rule; and
-The revision does not change/alter the number of pages and layout of the material.
This free revision is good for only a period of one month. Any revision after that, unless the consultant is not available to do the revision during said period, is subject to additional fees.
