    I recently was a backer of their Battletech Mercenaries kickstarter. After almost two months of no response from the start of the shipping process as to the status of my order I was finally able to get a response from the logistics company saying my order had been canceled. Following a check of Backerkit my order had been completely deleted and I have received a partial refund of less than 25% of the total pledge amount. I would expect a canceled order to be refunded entirely especially since they are in the fulfillment phase and many are receiving their pledges. I have also been getting unconfirmed reports of this happening to others. Very poor way to do business and especially poor way to treat long term customers and fans of the IPs they manage.

    I bought a miniature from them at a convention. Got it home, open it up, and found out it was missing an important piece. I contacted them via their ticketing system and they said they were out of that specific miniature and that I should keep an eye out for when they got them back in their webshop and then ask again. (Apparently it's my job to monitor their stock and quality control.)So, a couple months later the miniature shows back up as in stock and there are adds for them having that specific miniature on ******** as well. I messaged them again and hear nothing. I try again and hear nothing. I submit another official ticket. I hear nothing. Terrible business practices.
