    WYZE Ive been without cameras for 4 days. No resolve. WYZE told me to cancel my subscription through Apple and order Cam Plus again. I cancelled and tried to re-order but WYZE makes you keep your subscription until it runs out so I my new order doesnt start until the old one ends Sept 4, 2024. That doesnt help me now. I have asked them to cancel me, refund me, contact me, communicate with me how they are going to correct this. NOTHING. Horrible customer service even when I did exactly what they asked me to do.

    I have been with Wyze a long time. They sent me an ad to go to their new system. I thought this would upgrade my plan. It added to the plan so then I had 2 plans for the same camera. Then I found out my cameras are not compatible with many new features. I cancelled it through their customer service and then they sent me an email saying they would not refund. This is fraud plain and simple. Now they have charged me but I dont have the service.

    Wyze is the worst company ever. I would give them a zero star if that was possible. They created 2 factors using on old college email that no longer in use and refused to let me in my account. They advised me to open a new account and reinstall my cameras but refused to refund me or transfer my subscriptions. Refused to disconnect my base station from the old account so i can reinstall my cameras and became rude when i asked for help.

    This company is a little crooked you can only get a refund using there products with a gift card that they put the refund on and they didnt have the product in stock and they cant give you a a time frame of when it will be in stock . They do not have another model that you can choose instead. They also to not carry a replacement of part needed to use the product and no other website or store carries the part needed I should be able to get a universal gift card of the refund and be able to replace the product needed since they do not have the replacement available now to order not happy with this company at all

    7 of 8 bulbs stopped working all at the same time. After 9 days of troubleshooting with customer support, they determined there was nothing else they could do. The only option was to replace the bulbs. Some of the bulbs were out of warranty so they wouldn't replace them. They didn't stop working due to age. 7 bulbs stopped working at the same time! They wouldn't fix or replace them. Horrible customer support that just hide behind email and tell you to do the same troubleshooting that is listed in the faq. They don't listen to you. They are not timely. They don't help. The product stopped working for no reason and they won't fix or replace it.

    Please don't buy from this company. They're cameras will give you issues and when you report your problems, they offer help, but the help does not resolve the issue. Don't waste your money, horrible products and horrible service

    I bought a basestation and cameras things were fine until I moved my office then I tried to reinstall the equipment and guess what I now have a boat anchor they do not support the old equipment even though it is only a few years old I can not download the software to get my equipment to work. My question is too Wyze is WHY? I can say this for certainty I will never purchase and I will defiantly let everyone I meet and know how bad of a company they are and to never waste their hard earned money on their products and their company... **, ******* *****

    I paid for the yearly rate all upfront now WYZE in now charging me a monthly fee on top of that. I told them but they are still charging me.

    Smart bulbs are great. WYZE bulbs are not. I have learned from lots of poor customer service, poor app functionality and poor product reliability - new bulb failure. I will never buy a WYZE product again. Support service is poor because of lack of skill and, most importantly, complete indifference to providing service. Poor app functionality results in unsuccessful set up and ongoing bulb operability challenges. Finally, my bulbs failed and required warranty replacement, which was nearly impossible to receive. I learned my ****** never from WYZE again.
